Not bad) The aroma has a bit of yeast and apples. The taste is the same. The carbonation is not aggressive, but the acidity is bright. It barely resembles chardonnay) More of a sour ale :D But it's easy to drink, reminds me of wine)

I'm thinking now, transferring this note to Vivino: was it possible to guess the grape variety blindly? 100% Chardonnay. And, in fact, there is something of Chardonnay here. Maybe not too fresh Chardonnay and somewhat perfumed. But these yellow and soaked apples, asters and macadamia in the aroma did not hint at any other grape variety. So with a great deal of freedom I can call this wine a wine in which there are more varietals than in some wines with alcohol. And in the mouth, alas, - soda with a sweetish finish.
