It's pretty weird, vinegar notes. Tastes better if you add sparkling water.

The many good reviews made me curious why I ordered the wine. After we had emptied the bottle with good friends, the unanimous opinion was clear: you can drink, but you don't have to! You really can't talk about fresh and fruity. It simply tastes sour! For the price, it is simply not recommended.

As I posted previously we bought a few non-alcohol wines to close out this summer season. This German ? Riesling has 0% alcohol (some sport 0.5%abv) ?I can’t get past the potpourri/ dried nectarine aromas with something I can’t put my finger on (watery cedar?, metal?, house paint??♂️) ? is much better with stone fruit, Jolly Rancher™️ green apple, lemon. The acid is pleasant and balanced the sweetness. Weird experience that’s for sure ?♂️??

A pleasant surprise. A dealcoholized Riesling that is relatively close to a wine. In the glass it is a pale straw yellow with light green reflections. On the nose, the typical note of dealcoholized wines, then some apple and citrus fruits. On the palate, a fairly strong acidity is initially noticeable, which covers everything else. But with a little air, it loses its aggressive peaks and blends in. Then the notes of apple and lemon come into their own.

Reisling has always been my go-to of the sweeter white wines, and ever since I got on the wagon, I've wanted to find something similar in the NA line. This NA Reisling hits that spot without taking any of the taste away. Recommend 100% for all Reisling fans!
