Tasted blind and in a black glass. Non-alcoholic Verdejo wine. Not my cup of tea at all, but you have to try everything. Medium and sweet aroma, more reminiscent of must than wine. Quince, ripe apple, apple strudel, cinnamon... On the palate it is sweet, low acidity, lacks verticality and volume and the absence of alcohol is evident.
