Intense, clean and bright Cardinal Tojo. Frank, complex aromas, with a significant presence of red fruits and berries. Mouthfeel with an interesting backbone of sweet tannins.

Unfortunately, very expensive and far from being close to an alcoholic wine. Very disappointing.

A dealcoholized wine made from Tempranillo. Deep ruby red in colour with bright plum and ripe strawberry aromas. Flavours are a lively blend of black cherry and red berries. Light bodied with tart tickling tannins. Pour with honey glazed ham

What a strange and unnecessary experiment. Something similar to wine, that tastes like wine, and without alcohol levels, I see as necessary, but this experiment that as soon as you put it in your mouth it tastes like strawberry for a second and then like water without more, is totally unnecessary.
