Great taste, a little sweet
https://www.vivino.com/users/ursus.teddicus/reviews/145117024
Medium golden yellow colour with a modest mousse. Moderate nose of stewed apple and earth. Off dry to lightly sweet palate of stewed apple, poached pear, and wet leaves with light acidity. Medium bodied with light effervescence. Short finish. Modest price and decent value. Note: non-alcoholic. In Europe, this is sold as the Vintense Fines Bulles Blanc, but is marketed and labelled differently in Canada.

I was a little worried about this one - it was better than I expected. I've tried a few non-alcoholic wines and prefer the sweeter varieties. This one tastes more like wine, a little more tart/sour in comparison

Has an authentic champagne flavor, slightly sweeter and less harsh than the real thing. Very good substitute.
