The best non-alcoholic sparkling wine I have tested. Its qualities are that it is not sweet without being acidic. The bubble is very pleasant and festive. This allows you to have a small glass before dinner or to share a friendly moment without fear of consuming too much alcohol. And in addition it is very low in calories so you can drink it without moderation, even at the table. I sometimes have a "champagne meal"!
