This dealcoholized rosé made from Merlot grapes scores with its beautiful and quite strong salmon red color in the glass. A very light perlage on the walls of the glass, which is barely noticeable on the tongue. This dealcoholized wine also initially has the typical note on the nose, with a hint of rhubarb and some strawberry. Similar notes on the palate. At least not so reminiscent of a juice, but not particularly similar to wine either. After a longer time in the glass, a noticeable honey note.
