A bit like champagne

Well, reminds of a light semi-dry rose, little structure, probably ok when ice cold in summer, too little to enjoy

Rosé wine, smells and tastes of elderberries (a little too much), not of grape juice, light acidity, dry, no tannins, very good with food, but also as a refreshing well chilled rosé, like real wine

Very dark in the glass for a rosé. Grape sugar on the nose. Tastes like elderberry and has little juice. Lots of freshness and a quick finish, fun for drivers.

Not what I expected, I had asked for a less sweet rose and advised to do the mixed with red it would reduce the sweetness. As a result didn’t really give the taste of a rose. I’ll still come back and try others though!
